Citrus Bloom Raw Honey - SPRING 2026 MICRO HARVEST - Southern California Citrus Bloom- 12oz

This is one of the rarest and most limited harvests we’ve ever produced.

An unseasonably early bloom swept through the orchard in a matter of weeks—so brief that many beekeepers missed it entirely. Our bees didn’t. They worked the bloom at full intensity, bringing nectar in faster than we could keep up. When it was over, it was over. 

At peak bloom, the orchard carried an intense, unmistakable perfume of citrus blossom, sweet, bright, and almost weightless in the air. In the jar, it pours a pale straw gold, with beautiful expressions of pollen, and natural beeswax throughout reminiscent of bubbling champagne in the glass.  On the palate, it opens with intense, sweet floral notes and finishes with a clean, lingering hint of candied orange peel.

Nothing about this harvest was typical. Not the timing, not the pace, and certainly not the yield.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Our honey is 100% raw, never blended and never filtered. Small flecks of wax, pollen, or propolis may appear naturally, reflecting its minimal processing and authentic character.
